Today is World Mental Health Day which aims to raise awareness about illnesses such as Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder and Schizophrenia – which is this year’s theme.

Earlier this year Jocelyn Pook wrote Anxiety Fanfare and Variations for Voices for the Anxiety Arts Festival to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness through music.
